DRIED COCONUT - 1/4 CUP
SUGAR - 11/2 CUPS
ELACHI/CARDAMOM - 2 
LEMON JUICE - 4 DROPS
VANASPATHI - 2 TSPS
WODDEN TRAY.
CHAPPATHI STICK.
STEP 1:

REMOVE THE SKIN OF FRIED PEANUTS. PUT IT IN MIXIE AND BEAT IT 
LIGHLY TO GET THE PEANUTS IN SMALL PIECES. (NOTE :DO NOT GRIND 
IT AS A POWDER) .

STEP 2:

PUT 2 TSPS OF VANASPATHI AND 1AND 1/2 CUPS OF SUGAR IN A THAVA 
AND KEEP IT IN THE OVEN.

STEP 3:

ALLOW IT TO MELT AND WHEN IT BECOMES WATERY,
ADD GRINDED PEANUTS,DRIED COCONUT,CARDAMOM AND LEMON JUICE.
STIR IT WELL.

STEP 4:

ONCE IT MIXES WELL AND BECOMES STICKY  POUR IT IN THE WODDEN 
TRAY AND USE YOUR CHAPPATHI STICK AND SPREAD IT WELL ACROSS THE 
TRAY.

STEP 5:

IMMEDIATELY USE A KNIFE AND MAKE IT TO PIECES.
