Healty salad with mint leaves
Take 2 big juicy tomatos
1 small onion
1 big cucumber..try the goodone with less seeds one
Kala Namak
Fresh lemon juice
lots of mint leaves
cut tomatos into long/square pieces.
cut onion in water
as same style as Tomato.
cut cucumber same style as onion & tomato
clean mint leaves nicely and wash properly. DON't Chop it.

Take a big plate/salad bowl. Mix tomato, onion, cucumber and mix both salts (mainly kala namak) and fresh lemon juice....then put mint leaves on top.

Enjoy this sald just before your food....

it is so yum if you are reallu fond of salads or calory caution.
