Take boiled potatoes, add sprouts and grated dry fruits ,black pepper and salt to it. Soak bread peices and very little water and remove the brown edges. Drain out all the water from Bread by gently pressing the bread slices. Now stuff this potato and sprout material in 1 slice of soaked bread. Cover the bread on the stuffing and make the ball of the bread. Keep the bread stuffed balls in refrigirator for about 5-10 mins. Keep them in a serving dish and pour dahi then sauce and sprinkle roased cumin powder, chat masala over it. serve it. Tips pour dahi only when ready to serve. Add a pinch of sugar in dahi for better taste.
