To marinate
Chicken w bones  2 lb
Curd 2 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Ground Black paper 1/2 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

For paste
Onion 1 (fry in 1 tsp oil until golden brown)
Cashew 6-8 
Grated coconut 2 tbs
Corrindor powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbs
Butter 1 tbs

Whole Spices
Bay Leaf 2
Cinnomon 1/2 stick
Black cardamom 2
Dry red Chili 2
Safron  6-8 strings

Salt 1 tsp

Basmati Rice 3 cups(Wash and soak for 1/2hr)
Water 2 cups.
Clean and cut chicken .
marinate overnight for best taste.

Heat the oil in a big pan.Add the paste.
Fry until leaves the oil.
Add  whole spices.
Add marinated chicken.
cook lightly.Add soaked rice. Add water
Mix well.Put in a baking pan .Add the Butter on top.
Cover w foil and Bake in oven at 350 F for 45 min.
Let stand for 15 min. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh
corriendor.
