Methi Rice

1 bunch of Methi Leaves chopped (Fenugreek)
4 cups Basmati rice
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilies paste
1/2 tsp Garam masala
4 tsp vegetable oil

1.Wash the Methi leaves carefully and chopped it and keep 
aside. Remove water from it. 
2.Wash the rice and keep aside with some water inside. 
3.Heat the nonstick pan. Pour the oil in it. 
4.When it is hot, put mustard seeds, when it is popped up, put 
onion in it. 
5.Fry onions till it caramelized. 
6.Take the paste of garlic and ginger and fry till light brown. 
7.Add green chili fry for another 2 min. Add Methi in it & 
leave it on medium heat till water disappear. 
8.Add Salt and garam masala. Stir it. 
9.Finally add rice and 2 cups of water to cook the rice. Check 
in between if rice needs more water. 
10.Allow the rice to cook
