Raag Event Management Team offers 5-star hotel standard food & service for Weddings, Sangeet ceremonies, Rehearsal Lunch & Dinner, Special Moments like Birthdays, Anniversaries, Milestone Events, Corporate Events, Charity & Fund Raising, Graduation Ceremonies or Private at Home events.

Event Venue Options:

1. At Raag on 3812 W 50th Street, Minneapolis, MN. With Award winning interiors, we can seat ninety guests or host 110 cocktail style private events. During Summer we have additional twenty covers at Patio. Our Main Dining Area can accommodate a smaller group of fifty for split rental.

2. Hotel /Remote: With tie ups with Blaisdell Mansion and any venue allowing outdoor catering, we can cover larger groups. We will manage it within twin cities or Rochester for a minimum of fifty covers.

3. Private In-Home: For minimum covers of 45-50, we come to your house and create the Raag Food and service experience.

Food Service Approach

1. Family Style: You preselect the menu. Our team brings food and places it across all tables for family style dining.

2. Buffet Style: Food placed in chaffing dishes for self-service.

3. Coursed Plated Meal: Food brought out in courses for a preset menu.

4. Alcohol: At Raag. Offsite we can send bar tenders.

5. Live Kitchen: We offer Live Gluten Free Crepes (Dosa) for events at Raag. Paani Poori & Da-Belly live counter can be remote. We have the highest choices of Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nuts Free options. With dishes ranging from Ribs, Scallops, Seabass to Samosa and Butter Chicken.

1. Dry Ice smoke to refresh your senses.

4. Ice Sculpture with any theme, logo, food decorations, names, etc.

5. Bakery dishes with Cakes and Pastries.

7. Two 90 Inch Screens with Projectors for your usage on rent.
