Muddy Tiger was born in April 2018 out of our love for humble Indian Street food.
We bring "Marathi Cuisine" to you which is unheard of in Minnesota. Our food is mainly influenced by the state of Maharashtra from the western region of India.

This is our chef's story. Story of the food which Chef Jyotiee grew up eating. It's her tribute to all those street food vendors who influenced her cooking, and life in many ways.
